Why is there a turnaround time?

All of our clothing items (jumpers, fleeces, snoods and coats) are handmade to order by us using a made-to-order service. This allows you to purchase a custom item in the colour of your choice, to the size requested when placing your order. Our embroidered items are also embroidered by us.

Due to our made-to-order service, there is a turnaround time for processing and delivery time on top. We display our estimated processing time at the top of our website. 

When will I receive my order? 

Our current estimated processing times are displayed at the top of our website. For all clothing items, please check the processing time before ordering. We are unable to rush any orders, as this would not be fair to all of our customers. 

Any orders for pet accessory items only (i.e. orders excluding clothing items) will be dispatched within 2 working days. 

Please allow time for our courier to deliver your items. 

Where can I find your size charts? 

Our size charts are included on the photos for each listing. For our pet accessories, our sizes are displayed in the item description.
